KEELEY
"The songs range from golden shimmery atmospherics to punchy power tunes, born from darkness and loss, and elevated to a celebration" - Miki Berenyi (Lush, Piroshka)
“A Top 100 Album of 2023” - Louder Than War

In Summer 2023 KEELEY, fronted by singer, guitarist, songwriter and enigmatic Dubliner Keeley Moss, released their debut album “Floating Above Everything Else”. It’s an album brimming with songs that showcase the breadth of KEELEY’s songwriting, bristling with lush harmonies, muscular beats and inventive atmospherics, weaving gleefully between indie-rock sub-genres and further establishing Keeley Moss as one of Ireland's most creative songwriters. Her live band features Lukey Foxtrot on bass and former Morrissey drummer Andrew Paresi, and together they weave a dream-like sonic tapestry like no other.

THE IDLE SILENCE
Formed in 2018, The Idle Silence is an alternative rock band from Somerset. With both James Haldane & Phil Russell on vocals and guitar, Martyn Edwards on drums and Jay Parr on bass, the band are capable of both sweet vocal harmonies and harsh, hectoring chants - nicely sculpted, melodic guitar hooks and discordant, screeching noise - all on top of a pounding and supple rhythm section. Sometimes this full gamut of sound is run in the course if m of a single song. 2023 was the bands biggest year for expanding their reach with singles like Dark Matter and Close garnering tens of thousands of streams along with glowing reviews from the likes of Plastic Magazine, Punk Head, RGM Press and Clout. It also saw the band play prestigious venues like The Louisiana and Rough Trade in their adopted home city of Bristol and reach out further into the surrounding counties. With even more planned for 2024, The Idle Silence are ones to watch.
